Looking Ahead: The McPain Presidency Changes



Ms. Palin said, “we don’t know what to make of a candidate who lavishes praise on working people when they’re listening, and turns around and talks about how bitterly they cling to their religion and their guns when they’re not listening.”

The crowd booed mightily.


....and highlighted her image as an outsider. “We got to remember what the desire is in this nation at this time,” she said. “ He told Ms. Palin he had asked Mr. McCain about her national security credentials and that Mr. McCain had pointed to her commanding of the Alaska National Guard and noted that Alaska is close to Russia.


Are those sufficient credentials?

She appeared extremely rehearsed, especially when she repeated three times that she did not want to “second guess” Israel.
